I notice the new VyprVPN version 2.0 app for Mac OS X no longer saves your VyprVPN account log in and password and requires you to type your log in everytime you run the app. Please could this be added via a patch or small update, or perhaps a checkbox in preferences to allow this to become an option, thereby still keeping it secure on computers with more than one user.
This may also affect the Windows VyprVPN v2.0 app as well(?)36 votes
Thanks for feedback. To help us troubleshoot, can you please contact so we can see if can reproduce your issue.
Amazing effort with the explosion of global VPN endpoints! While the momentum is there, how about one in South Africa? Not much in this continent as yet...380 votes
A South African server is not on the current roadmap. However, due to the large number of votes we will start investigating the feasibility of adding a server in South Africa.
With roughly 1.2 billion people, India is the world’s largest democracy and second largest country by population. A VyprVPN-Server-Cluster here would be nice. ;-)184 votes
I can't play Battlefield 4 (and many other games) online* with London, Dublin or Iceland IP addresses. I think there are some blocked ports, but I'm not sure... It works with Amsterdam, Paris, Frankfurt and many other VyprVPN locations. Can you please fix this? Thanks.
And it would be very nice if you optimize your VPN network for online players, if possible. Better ping times from Asia in general and especially from New Zealand (because of the time zones) would be great.

Add a list of software to start on connection success and to (force) close when losing connection.
I'm using "VPN Lifeguard" to do this, but it will be better if integrated inside your application.
Very usefull when using a software that should not run outside the VPN.

Interesting concept. We will review.
As a suggestion this one here...

On my last vacation summer '13 on the maldives I noticed that the government blocked some sites, further the hotel blocked many other sites. Is there any chance to add a VyprVPN-Server here? The Hong Kong server is very slow from there. Interesting for frequent maldives travelers that need free internet.89 votes
Thanks for the suggestion. We will investigate the feasibility of adding a server to service the Maldives.
Have you tried connecting to the Singapore server?

A VPN Cluster in Nigeria (Africa) would be great!157 votes
+ 32 VyprVPN-Servers around the world - but not one on the South American continent yet... :-( I want to suggest Argentina as a location because it's very in the south of this continent.80 votes
We are currently working on a server for Argentina as well as other locations in South and Central America.
We expect to deliver a server in Argentina in the next 45 days – so stay tuned!
Is there any chance Golden Frog could add a VyprVPN
server in Israel? It would allow me to trade currencies from there. I would appreciate it tremendously.
Thanks for a great work so far,
Thanks for the feedback. If we receive more votes and feedback we will add to our server list.
We are actively evaluating Middle East locations so please stay tuned!
Too bad you don't charge per day of use. $1/day of use for instance. I don't need the VPN on daily basis.18 votes
Not all the servers respond. We need to be able to cancel and select a different server. Worse than that....if the "Automatically reconnect" option is ticked, there is no way to break into the reconnection cycle. VyprVPN will continuously keep trying to connect to the unavailable server.
We have to then go in to the options, untick it, and then wait for the connection to fail again before we can select a different server.10 votes
We agree. The cancel button is included on the Mac version but not the Windows version. The cancel button for the Windows version is under active development and will be included in the 2.1 release in the coming weeks.
Thanks for the feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to help us improve VyprVPN.

What's coming next? In several postings a nameless person ("Product Manager, Golden Frog, Inc.") here talking over a roadmap. That sounds really interesting. Is that a company secret or can you maybe publish it?10 votes
We would rather not publish a roadmap as it creates customer confusion when we move features around on the roadmap or features get delayed or de-prioritized.
While using the VPN services it is still possible to detect the hardware in use while connected to the VPN, as well as the browser selected. I would like to see that this content is also hidden while under VPN protection.31 votes
Thanks for the feedback.
Besides hardware and browser info, what other information would you like us to make private?
Hi guys, any chance of adding Bratislava, Slovakia in your VPN server locations?
Probably not feasible, and a Western Canada server should suffice - but Alaska is so far away from everything and the normal latency from distance kills most connections. The added VPN latency often makes it difficult to get good speeds. Thanks for the consideration.63 votes
- Don't see your idea?
