Different Protocols in VyprVPN Android App
Would be great if you make it possible to change the used protocol (opnevpn/l2tp/pptp) in the app.
44 votesWe recently added our new, proprietary VPN technology called Chameleon that is available in the VyprVPN apps for Windows, Mac and Android.
Chameleon scrambles OpenVPN packet metadata to ensure it’s not recognizable via deep packet inspection (DPI), while still keeping it fast and lightweight. The Chameleon technology uses the unmodified OpenVPN 256-bit protocol for the underlying data encryption.
The result is that VyprVPN users are able to bypass restrictive networks put in place by governments, corporations and ISPs to achieve an open internet experience without sacrificing the proven security for which OpenVPN has long been known.

Root block non-enrypted traffic until reconnected
Root block non-enrypted traffic until reconnected or Tasker integration for the VyprVPN Android App.
I have to frequently switch between mutlible Wifis and Mobile Networks with my Android Phone.
The problem then is, that the App doesn't always reconnect correctly and the status in my Notification bar doesn't show the real state...wich is almost always not connected. (This happens even though I have all the Auto-reconnect Options enabled)
I think it would be nice for users with rooted phones to have either a Root Mode, an Xposed Framework Module or Tasker integration, so I can work around this problem.

Adblocking built into app for android.
Since you have the option to block harmful website i think the next logical step would be to have ability to turn on adblocking. Would make this the best VPN on the market right now.

Faster reconnecting after connection changes
VyprVPN should monitor connection changes in phones to disconnect and reconnect automatically when they happen.
This is much faster than wait for a connection timeout and then reconnect. This process can take up to 2 minutes.27 votes -

Auto reconnect, only for WiFi
I would like to see the option that VyprVPN auto (re)connect, but just when using wifi. I guess i trust my prvider, but i would like not have to think about it when in WiFi.
maybe also a possibility to whitelist WiFis where VPN is not needed.
