You guys should add a vacation mode ASAP to the VyprVPN service as if someone is getting for a vacation somewhere he/she might not may able to use it and might want the service to be extended till they get back. You should add kinda something (ofc with all the security measures such that it doesn't get exploited) as personally I too won't want to be billed for nothing. I had a chat with a representative and he told me the only option for doing that would be deleting my current account and making a new one and I'll happily do that, but I really don't think everyone will be willing to do that too. There is a serious issue related to the auto-renewal of subscription that i would like to point out - there is no exact way of knowing when the current subscription will expire. In my goldenfrog account, i checked my invoice and it just says under "Effective Dates: Apr 15, 2015 - May 15, 2015" but based on what time-zone? I hope you understand my confusion in this matter. I would highly appreciate if a timer could be added or at least a notice in the Account section about the exact time that the current subscription will expire, for example, 15th May 2015, 18:10:50 GMT, based on the date and time that i paid to activate the subscription to your VPN service. I really hope that you will consider this minor but important change as it would be a very welcome improvement and would greatly help to prevent any unwanted automatic renewals. I currently live in the GMT+4 timezone, so there is no exact way of me knowing when the subscription will expire, unless i give up one full day of VPN access by deactivating on the 14th May instead of the 15th, but that doesn't sound good to me, since i already paid for a full month of VPN service, so i would like to be able to use my entire time allocated on VyprVPN without being in doubt about when exactly it will expire and auto-renew.

Unfortunately it is also necessary to enter credit card cash in
Paypal.
Brazil has enormous potential in number and many internaltas
software are sold here through local websites. I'm sure
many would like to use a good VPN service. For this reason it would be
interesting that you broaden facilities for us in the acquisition of
license.

I did extensive research on VPN services and noticed that there are rare good
options for Brazilians. Who knows you could be pioneers and profit
much.

Tip: annual renewable license keys, similar to the
anti-virus. This way eliminate the need for a contract and use
credit card. This is the preferred way Brazilians buy
software licenses.
