Cyphr technology as a pgp replacement
PGP is not fully compatible with Win10, so there is a gap to be filled.
The Cyphr product includes some of the same technology, so this may be an easy add that increases market share and provides greater value to customers.
Good call, however would it not be better to make this compatible with open source GPG instead? There is no guarantee now that PGP is owned by Symantec that they will not engineer backdoors into their proprietry system, as they have repeatedly with their other products.
Due to Symantecs constant Prism cooperation - revelaed in the Snowden files - many many more people are switching to open source GPG. To have that as an Open standard is far more useful than making it PGP dependent. Look at the native incompatibility between later versions of PGP/Mime and GPG as a perfect example of this.
