VyprVPN for Blackberry 10
I have found a converted version of the Android app (1.2.1) and side loaded it, but the app would not even load. It would be great to have a native BB10 version of the app, or even a converted Android version.
Alternately, a VPN can be set up on the device manually. The attached file contains information on the settings available. Unfortunately nothing conforms with manual options for other environments.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Good news, BlackBerry users!
We have a new manual setup for IPSec on BlackBerry 10. See the tutorial here: https://support.goldenfrog.com/hc/en-us/articles/215864587
We’ll continue to look into the possibility of making a BlackBerry-compatible app, but for now you can configure a native VPN connection and use the service that way!

I would love BB10 integration. I really prefer the OS to the others (and I have been a longtime iOS user since the first iPhone). BB10 is just better. Now that the Passport is on the way, we might get some good, popular press. Golden Frog and BB10 are an obvious match.

After following these instructions, I keep getting a DNS failure when I try to connect. Any recommendations?

Although bb has had a decline in north america's consumer market (which is on the mend) it is still strong in the business world (it is the phone the president carries) and in many countries it is still the preferred choice. For example bb has the dominate market in Indonesia which is the the 4th most populous nation and has the world's 10th largest economy and growing. Its recent release of the Z3 in Jakarta was a huge success and sold out in its first day. But like many of these nations the internet is censored and all these people with their bb10 devices will be looking for VPN solutions. This is a market that should not be brushed aside. Its not the average north americans that have the need for VPN access but the businessmen and people in countries that censor internet... these should be seen as your "bread and butter" and they all want VPN that works.

Either an app or at least instructions on how to set up a manual connection. The bb10 OS has a lot of advanced options for a manual connection that your guides don't address.

Until a client app for BBOS10 appears, I've got a workaround for a manual setup on 10.2.1 that's working for me. Maybe you could post these screenshots and the walk through in the KB somewhere? It's a fairly simple setup procedure.
Personally, I'd say that the more BB10 users you could pull into your service, the sooner the justification exists for a native app for that platform.
Screenshots attached, and text of setup:
I'm using this configuration (outlined below,) and am able to connect and confirm that the traffic is tunnelling properly.
**Before you start to setup the VPN Profile, you'll need to download the "giganews-client.p12" cert file, and get it onto the device.
(You must download the cert from the VyperVPN site, and get it onto the device using WiFi, Box, Dropbox, or try downloading it directly to the device in the Browser.
Then install it, in Settings, Security and Privacy, Certificates, + (Import), browse to the p12 file and select it. It'll ask for the cert password, you have that right?)When that's done, go back to the VPN Profile settings, and use the info below:
Profile Name: (required, but name is up to you.)
Server Address*: (check the list at the VyprVPN site.)
Gateway Type: Cisco IOS with Easy VPN Server (REQUIRED: This is the only GW type that works)
Authentication Type: XAUTH-PKI
CA Certificate*: All CA Certs
Client Certificate: giganews-client
Hardware token (Off)
Username: (required)
Password: (required)
Advanced -- (everthing is default below here)

I'd really like this too - doesn't necessarily have to be the fully-fledged app, just some kind of process that we can follow to import a certificate and connect perhaps. It's frustrating that while travelling, my iPad connection is actually more secure than my (personally-owned) Z10...
Of course, the app would be a very nice addition, given how slick and easy it makes things!

Please make a BB10 app...

Maybe not an app but a manual how to do it would be great.
There are also rumors that the next OS update (10.2.1) will have OpenVPN included.

How many requests did you receive from iOS and Android users?
There already are VPN services for Blackberry 10, so people just use those and pay extra. You seriously need a certain number of users coming to you instead of offering a service to those people who really appreciate security when it comes to their data? Since the difference in software development for Android and BB10 is not that far apart, investment is not a valid point to make. It would not even be necessary to build a native BB10 app, but to offer one of the protocols BB10 can handle via internal VPN settings.
I really hope for BB10 support from golden frog / VyprVPN in the near future.

Yes, most definitely! Providing setup instructions for VPN configuration on the Blackberry OS 10 is something I would most definitely take advantage of. Please do provide that.
Thanks!
