Clearly inform customer of automatic monthly renewal
I had been a member since last year january 2016 when i purchase the plan but just this year on the 2017 of january i was confused and a bit shocked when i found out that my bank account has been automaticaly charged or let say deducted by godlen frog cause of the plan i purchase last year i thought that after i agree to take the plan after 1 year it will be expired and they will sent me an email or any further noticed on my email if i wish to continue the service or renew it again manually by requesting to them. But kinda disapointed cause there is no options like that.. The services is good but i hope u would make it more better by adding up options to people that they can discontinue or renew the services again depends on their own will.. Or even sent any emails that they subscription has expired already and to wish them to continue after the plan.. Cause it was surprising how u do it guys.. Please do something aboutot cause i dont wish to get an automatic deduction from my bank account.. Thanks you and more power golden frog.
