Make the Cyphr desktop app look & function like traditional instant messaging
For the sake of user-friendliness, it would be neat to bring back the look of Windows Live Messenger / AOL Instant Messenger / Yahoo! Messenger, whereby you have your contact list and chat windows, and you can send voiceclips, share photos instantly by dragging & dropping, while they pop up beside the conversation, set custom emoticons, etc. If someone sends a YouTube link, have it embedded beside the chat window, etc.
