only auto connect if WiFi sign in not required.
some unknown WiFi have portals that you must accept a legal agreement or sign in to. this means i need to atop connecting to sign in, then connect again.

Yes this is how my college is, they require us to sign in. Having it only allow a specific sign in page would be a very nice feature!
