Currently, the windows for VyperVPN use Alpha Blending to draw which makes them invisible to VNC connections
Currently, it appears that the windows for VyperVPN use Alpha Blending to draw their windows, although I see no benefit from it. However, alpha blended windows will disappear when viewed using VNC if the VNC option to hide the home desktop is set to on (which is the default for security.) What this means is that when I remotely log into my Windows 7 machine using VNC, the local screen goes black, and the VyperVPN window AND the drop down window from the task bar are not visible on the VNC window. I cannot tell the status of the connection remotely. There is little benefit to Alpha Blending in the current implementation of the app. What purpose does this serve? I would like to request at minimum an option to disable Alpha Blending so that these windows can be viewed remotely on VNC.

Hi. So I checked out that link it suggests changing a setting in VNC. Thanks for the link. However, as a commenter said on the solution, that setting does not seem to exist. I checked on my version and thre is no such setting at all. Maybe this is something that was in older or more expensive versions, I am not sure. Thanks for the tip just the same. I will contact VNC for more info.
